"Advancing the Glory of God through the Gospel of Christ"

“The Glory of God”- We believe that every person was made to worship the Creator. Ultimate meaning and everlasting joy is found in knowing the God of glory as our Father and King.

"Through the Gospel”- The only way fallen and rebellious people (that’s all of us) can experience this treasure is by embracing the message of forgiveness, redemption and reconciliation found in Christ and the good news of His death and resurrection (the gospel).

"Advancing”- Our passion is to see the glory of God become increasingly prominent in the lives of people as the gospel saturates their hearts. We long for this advancement to take place both in 1) breadth, as more and more people are redeemed from the futility of sin to the beauty of the glory of God and in 2) depth, as the glory of God and the riches of the gospel take ever deeper root in the lives of God’s people.

This is our center. This is what brings us together as a community. This is the truth we strive to reflect. This is the essence of the message we proclaim. This is the reality we live in.

We never tire of talking about the beauty of God’s perfections and the greatness of His works. We never get over the mind-blowing grace that God showed us in sending His Son to absorb the wrath we deserve. By God’s grace and through God’s Spirit we are committed to advancing the glory of God through the gospel of Christ throughout the Northridge area and around the world.
